The difference with these unique plans is that they have been designed with difficult sized blocks in mind. Although they will fit onto many normal blocks they are great for corner blocks, blocks with strange easements and the smaller blocks.

These designs offer more natural light, unique internal and external features, flow through breezes with open floor plans and great outdoor living areas with built in BBQ provisions. The floor plans offer 3 styles of roof lines, traditional, modern or designer so clients can choose the look that best reflects them.

Clients are able to view walk through 3D plans, bring along their own designs or the Award Winning Design Team can bring unique ideas to life with something totally different.
